From the reviews

Paul is amazing. After he’s done with me I can hear colors and taste sounds. Great mix of energy medicine and western medicine, the staff is sweet and go out of their way to accommodate their patients. Feels like an old fashioned drs office where everyone knows your name and legitimately wants to help you.

★★★★★ — Q, Feb 2025

Dr. Paul is exceptionally skilled at what he does. I’ve trusted him for over a decade to help support my healing from a variety of ailments including structural issues. His holistic approach is gentle and effective and I’d recommend, and have recommended him, to anyone looking for such an approach to their healthcare.

★★★★★ — Lisa, Feb 2025

I have been going to Dr. Paul for many years. I have struggled with pain in my back and neck for a long time, especially after having children. Dr. Paul is so intuitive and always takes the time to understand what I’m feeling and what the best approach is to help me feel better.

★★★★★ — Taylor, Jun 2024

I cannot say enough about Dr. Paul and the entire team at Northstar Integrated Health. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Dr.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
