From the reviews

I had the absolute best experience with Gabi during my Japanese head spa treatment at NeuroSpa. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing, and Gabi explained everything she was doing in a way that made me feel at ease.

YOU. DESERVE. IT!! My first ever head spa experience and Gabby was AMAZING! It’s been 4 days since my session and I can honestly say my hair has never had more life, volume, and texture. I even have little baby curls I didn’t know existed without my curler.

My girlfriend got me a deal with Neurospa for Mother’s Day. And I literally just left out of there feeling like a brand new person. I work 10 Hours in an assembly line job and it leave my body feeling like I’m 10 years older than what I am. But John Hamm that works at the spa has truly changed my body, energy & mind!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
