From the reviews
Dr. Todd is one of the best physical therapists I have ever met and known. Me and my whole family have been to him for all types of problems and within the first visit, we will feel so much better.
I have been going for approx 3 weeks. It is the best therapy group, I've ever been to. It is a medium sized office. What makes this group the best are the people. They treat each other like family. They welcome the clients into the family too.
The staff here makes you feel like family from the minute you walk in. They have made a huge difference in my life the last year and I will continue to go here in the future.
Doug was my therapist for a Workman’s Comp injury, and although he was working for another Location and office at the time, the care I received from him stood out. I felt that he truly tailored my therapy to my specific needs and recovery goals. His focus, expertise, and commitment made a big difference in my progress.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
