From the reviews
What an incredible experience. Thank you to Ishé and Anadelia for making my first cupping experience a great one. I loved how thorough, intentional, and attentive Anadelia was. Though I was a little stiff, she helped me feel extremely comfortable. She guided me through the process and taught me so much.
I had an amazing experience at Nalu Healing Arts. This was my first time ever getting both a massage and fire cupping, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Brianna Dindayal was amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive.
I accompanied my husband to his session today for acupuncture and fire cupping by Anadelia after seeing a tremendous improvement in his level of back pain after just a couple of sessions. During the part of the session when Anadelia played the sound bowls, I closed my eyes, focused on breath work and neck stretches.
A truly magical sanctuary in beautiful Bay Park. Truly some of the best bodywork, cupping, and acupuncture I’ve ever received. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered from the moment you walk in, with your nervous system and overall wellbeing at the center of the experience.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
