From the reviews
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an acupuncture session and a cupping session- and I must say they both were an incredibly positive and rejuvenating experience. From the moment I walked into the tranquil and inviting atmosphere of the clinic, I felt a sense of calm and relaxation.
Kelsey is one of a kind and I’m so glad I found her. She has the sweetest soul and the hands of an angel. She seriously is magical. I’ve become a regular and come to her for cupping. I honestly had never done cupping before but it has helped so much with my lower back.
I LOVE this place!! I’m here every 4 weeks like clock work for cupping, acupuncture and facials. One stop shop for all your holistic healing needs!! Thank you!
From the moment I walked into the healing nest I felt a sense of calm and positive energy. Kelsey took her time to talk about my needs and was patient helping me describe my pain. Kelsey works wonders and makes me so comfortable every second of being there.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
