What clients say about the cupping here
“She listened to all of my concerns about where the headaches were coming from, and after a 60 minute massage I feel NO PAIN!”
From the reviews
Mandy is extremely professional, she puts my mind and body at ease within minutes of getting on the table. I just wish I wouldn’t fall asleep every time! :)
UM! Am I the only one who hasn't heard of this place? I've been dealing with debilitating tension headaches for a week now, couldn't sleep, couldn't focus. I didn't know what else to try, so I scheduled a massage with Mandy.
Absolutely amazing service! It was my first time getting a massage of any kind and Mandy’s hands felt like magic. The atmosphere makes it feel like a literal dream. 10/10
I had a wonderful experience. The space is inviting and serene. Mandy has a gift for healing. Thank you!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
