From the reviews

I booked massages for myself and my sister. The weather that day ended up being snowy and cold, but both our massage therapists made it in and didn't let the nasty weather affect their demeaner. My sister and I agreed, hands down, best massages we have ever had!

★★★★★ — Stephanie, Dec 2025

My deep tissue/trigger point massage from Robert was awesome! I let him know my specific problems with my neck, upper back, and hips. He was able to find and work out a lot of knots that helped a ton with migraine and hip pain relief.

★★★★★ — Brittany, Jan 2026

I’ve gone to Robert several times and he is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I feel the best I have ever felt, largely due to his massages. His pressure is perfect and he works each muscle that hurts throughly. Highly recommend him.

★★★★★ — Jim, Feb 2026

Darlene went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my prenatal massage! She applied just the amount of pressure I needed and focused on the areas I really needed it

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
