From the reviews

Kayla is awesome! I recently started my career as a dental hygienist and she knows exactly how to fix my back, neck, and shoulder pain/muscle tightness. I signed up for her VIP package and plan to go back every month! Update: 2 years later and Kayla is still the best!

Excellent deep tissue massage. I also added cupping. Great value ($) for services. Kayla is happy to provide pleasant conversation or allows you to enjoy your massage in silence. I've had 3 massages so far and plan to keep going back.

★★★★★ — Andrea, Jul 2023

My massage with Kayla was fantastic. She was very attentive to my concerns and requests and delivered an excellent deep tissue massage with cupping. Highly recommend!!

★★★★★ — Laura, Aug 2023

I saw Kayla when my shoulder was hurting severely. As a chiropractor myself I need to make sure that I am always in tip top shape. She did a phenomenal job, and after the first visit I was able to go back to the gym, and give the proper treatment to all of my patients.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
