What clients say about the cupping here
“I went from an inability to raise my arm and a 90% chance of needing shoulder surgery to being pain free with a full range of motion - and that was 7 years ago.”
“She is so incredibly knowledgeable, and has been so helpful during my Ivf process.”
“Karina took the time to really listen, explain the treatment process clearly, and create a calm, welcoming space that made every visit something I looked forward to.”
“Karina, the acupuncturist, takes some of her glowiness and bestows it upon you in the form of tiny little needles that put the exact gentle touch on the exact problem area to fix you!”

From the reviews
Karena is the real deal. I am a carpenter who was diagnosed with a hip disease called, Avascular Necrosis 9 years ago. Western medicine had no help for me other than a total hip replacement. I reluctantly took a job in an office and felt pretty hopeless, and really just wanted to be a carpenter again.
Karina is so knowledgable about seemingly everything wellness related! I saw her for many months prior to conceiving my child for reproductive health counseling and support. Now in my pregnancy, she has been integral to my care plan - especially as it pertained to nerve pain in my stomach.
Karina has been amazing through a really challenging time for me....after going through a tough pregnancy and ultimately losing my twins Karina has helped me so much with acupuncture and just listening to my concerns along the way.
I can't recommend Karina highly enough! I came in struggling with chronic knee inflammation that had been affecting my mobility and quality of life for months. After just a few sessions, I noticed a real difference—not just in pain relief, but in how my whole body felt.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
