From the reviews
My experience at Mosaic Massage, guided by the skilled hands of Abby, was nothing short of exceptional. Not only is Abby a talented massage therapist, but she's also the business owner, which adds a personal touch to the experience. (positive energy and great aura immediately make you feel safe and cared for.
I recently enjoyed an exceptional hour long massage by Abby. Her studio provided a peaceful atmosphere, and Abby’s calming presence put me even further at ease. This was genuinely the best massage I’ve ever experienced. Abby’s expert touch and attention to detail made it a truly rejuvenating experience.
From the moment I entered Abby's space, I knew I was in the right place. As a woman dealing with anxiety issues, I of course went to my massage appointment full of anxiety about what to expect, would I do something wrong, would I panic on the table - but after about 5 minutes into the massage, all those anxieties…
I'm a fellow Licensed Massage Therapist and am always looking for authentic, specialized therapists and Abby offered exactly what I needed. She really takes the time to personalize your own unique experience from the intake process to her consultation to your perfectly designed session.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
