From the reviews

These ladies were great! I went in with back pain, turns out my hip was out. They put my hip back in and taught me exercises to make it stronger. I will return if I ever need physical therapy again

★★★★★ — Lacie, Dec 2019

Kayla and the rest of the team at Momentum are great. They treated me like family and got my neck back to feeling good in no time. I would recommend to anyone!

After having a bad experience with Gillette PT, I decided to come here and they’re by far the best place. They actually listened and is doing the treatments that I should be getting every visit. They also don’t annoy you for payment everytime you walk in like Gillette PT did.

★★★★★ — Kaylee, Apr 2026

Words can not express what a phenomenal place this is. They don’t treat you like another patient to get through for the day, you’re part of the family. In five months I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff. They’re knowledge and passion for what they do sets a very high standard.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
