From the reviews

Teresa is wonderful. She is a great masseuse and works hard on areas that need some extra attention. She found the giant knot under my shoulder blade and used her cups to help it feel a lot better. Also great customer service. Will always go back!!

After a poor massage experience in Gillette, I was skeptical...but WOW! What a difference! Theresa is amazing... magic hands. I feel fantastic and am so happy to tell everyone that this is the place to go!

★★★★★ — Sue, Jan 2019

Teresa is an absolute Goddess! The massage was exceptional and getting to chat with her was the cherry on top. I felt amazing after leaving her services and since I'm traveling she even offered to help me find a massage therapist near where I'm moving to keep up my self care.

★★★★★ — Ashley, Jul 2024

I can just say this, my husband and I both go here at least once a month since thanksgiving. They are amazing and professional. Their massages are phenomenal! They take care and concern for what you are needing and do such a great job. I wont get massages anywhere else from now on.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
