What clients say about the cupping here
“I have gone to Mary for years and she is incredible, very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and knows exactly the right amount of pressure and added care.”
“Very caring, Mary took the time to find out where my problem areas were and talk to me about my health concerns and what to expect and what I expected about everything today.”
“It was relaxing, felt great and as someone who isn’t a big talker/ kind of awkward I liked the fact that a talk-less session was an option!”
“Mary was incredibly welcoming and is very skilled in her craft/technique.”
From the reviews
I had fallen on the ice, not once but twice within seconds. I let Mary know my troubled spots and she focused on those areas as well as others that weren't injured when I fell straight onto my back. She asks questions as she goes along to make sure the pressure she is using is the best for the individual client.
Mary is amazing. She is extremely gifted. It was truly a transformational experience. She definitely knows when to be firm and when to be soft. The heated stones were a magical touch that enhanced this completely relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Thank you so much. My body really needed this massage.
I received my first massage here from Echo!! OMG it was the most amazing massage I have ever had in my life. Her hands are magical 😊 I will definitely be a return customer HIGLY RECOMMENDED
If you are looking for a talented massage therapist to melt away your aches, pains, and worries, look no further. Mary is a seasoned professional with decades of experience (even teaching massage at the collegiate level), and it shows. I felt more than comfortable throughout my entire session.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
