From the reviews
I've been going to Ming's Health Therapy for about a month and a half now, and I can confidently say it's been one of the best experiences I've had with bodywork. I've tried a lot of places over the past few years, but Ming truly stands out.
Ming is a good person with a nice personality. She is also an amazing therapist. I now see her regularly to keep my arthritis under control. I always feel great afterwards. Highly recommended.
Lexi was amazing—very professional, attentive, and skilled. I felt relief immediately and left feeling great. Highly recommend! Best Massage spot near center city!
OMG!! I've had the privilege of receiving many massages throughout my life, but the one I had with Ming truly stands out as one of the best. From the moment I walked in, I could tell I was in good hands.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
