What clients say about the cupping here
“I tried Lymphatic Drainage which was thoroughly enjoyable, the Cryotherapy on my midsection which actually made a noticeable difference but the Crystal Bed was the surprise Dark Horse.”
“Next up for my facial was Julia and that was awesome, Julia was also professional and explained all steps and products as we went along.”
“The appointment was incredibly relaxing, with the gentle vibrations of the machine complemented by soothing instructions and nature music.”
“The spa is clean, relaxing, and the staff are very friendly and inviting.”
“I had the pleasure of experiencing a crystal bath for the first time, and I was truly fascinated by the chakra crystal and alignment.”
From the reviews
Benjamin does the best lymphatic drainage massage in town. I saw results right away after the massage. Previously I went to a plastic surgeon's place, they charged a lot more but delivered less. This spa is a hidden gem located in an office building and I am so glad I found it!
I had such a great experience at Vyve Spa after my lymphatic drainage treatment. The service was amazing from start to finish — everyone was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. The treatment itself was high quality, relaxing, and I genuinely felt a difference afterward.
My manual lymphatic drainage massage with Benjamin was amazing. I have had similar massages in the past, including at a well-known spa in NYC, but how Benjamin did it was a little different and better in many ways. The results have been phenomenal. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.
Went here for a lymphatic drainage massage and saw Shaliyah who was incredible. Very knowledgeable and friendly, but also knew exactly what to do after my procedure. Made the process very easy and painless and my results from the drainage were literally immediate.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
