From the reviews
Paulina is a superstar professional. I've had many massages for chronic musculoskeletal pain over the years. Paulina's massage was the most therapeutic and helpful. She has great experience and expertise. She utilized several techniques, including cupping.
I recently started seeing Quinn for massage for my TMJ & Stress - she is absolutely incredible. She really listens to me and creates an environment where I can relax and focus on my self care. She is so skilled and careful with my body and my comfort. I also love the office and the ambiance.
I’ve been going to Drew regularly for over a year now for TMJ and full-body massages, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She is caring, so talented, and always communicates throughout the session to make sure you’re comfortable and getting exactly what you need.
The shockwave therapy treatments at Moon Rehab were more effective than I thought! Tried different PT places to treat my shoulder pain but nothing helped. I appreciate how honest Jeff was about the recovery timeline and what to realistically expect. Really wish I came here first!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
