From the reviews

Great place. I have done Massage Envy for years now. I have fully switched over to Mindful Massage. Great people, very skilled. Many different types of therapies available. Everyone I have seen is very consultative to find the best care you need. Reasonably priced as well.

★★★★★ — Emily, Mar 2024

Every time I come here, I leave feeling so much better! Working with Amanda for Rossiter and Yamuna has been a game changer for my recovery. I have come in for pain from sports, lifting, and after an injury, and she is always able to help me reduce pain and improve my movement.

★★★★★ — Michelle, Jun 2022

Fantastic results. I've had neck pain for 30 years that the Rossiter team and Alicia W. have alleviated. I tried EVERYTHING for my neck pain over the years. Rossiter is the only thing that has given me consistent relief.

★★★★★ — M, Nov 2024

I went in for neck and back issues and saw Alicia for a Deep Tissue Massage. Found out I had more than just Musculoskeletal issues but needed body work as well because my back was misaligned causing alot of the pain.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
