From the reviews
1 YEAR OF CHRONIC TENDINITIS HEALED IN 6 WEEKS!!!! This place gave me my life back! I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Midwest Sport & Spine. They healed my tendinitis through the use of Shockwave Therapy, Dry Needling, Laser Therapy, Ultrasound Therapy, and Physical Therapy.
I loved these guys from the very beginning! I was immediately impressed by the thorough explanation of how insurance would cover, what wouldn't cover, and how much the visit would cost (all before treatment started). Dr. Bre was great at listening to my needs and explaining what treatment would look like.
I was homeless for chiropractic care after my longtime Dr retired for over a year. I was impressed with MS&S from the start and am so happy to have found a home again!
I have nothing but great things to say about Midwest Sport and Spine! From my first interactions with the front office staff to my final evaluation, I have had an incredible experience!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
