I felt heard and educated on what's going on with my body. I entered frustrated and left with hope.

★★★★★ — Alysia, May 2026

Dr. Meredith Potrzebowski, DO, is truly exceptional! As a Board Certified Family Physician, I have taken two of my daughters and now myself to her office for care. She is an attentive listener, highly knowledgeable, and has a wonderful bedside manner.

★★★★★ — Brooke, Jul 2026

Dr. Potrzebowski is a treasure! She is shedding light on, and making headway with medical issues that have been problematic for many years. I am very grateful for her wisdom, patience, kindness and well rounded understanding. Kara Hutchinson is delightful as well. Both Dr.

★★★★★ — Ann, Jul 2026

This is what medicine and a Dr. patient relationship should look like. Dr. P spent time understanding what I was struggling with, what habits I had, what food we consume, and much more. I walked away with a plan to better my health. It was exactly what I was looking for.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
