From the reviews

Wow! Wow! Wow! Chrysta is one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen! Her skills are incredible - she finds all my sore muscles and works out all tension and bound up hot mess that is my back and neck.

★★★★★ — Bridget, Mar 2025

This was my first massage with Chrysta and I will definitely be back. She was able to release tension far up in my neck that no other practitioner has even come close to. Her prices are very reasonable. Also, she gave me discount since it was my first visit. Easy to book online and I got in within a couple days.

★★★★★ — Kathy, Apr 2025

Chrysta is an amazing massage therapist. She listens to what issues I'm having and finds things I didn't even know were bothering me! She works out my knots without causing pain, and has helped me immensely over the years. I can't give her a high enough recommendation!

★★★★★ — Jennifer, Oct 2023

Always knows just what to do. I leave feeling good for days and my tension is gone. Pressure is good and pays attention to what you need and ask for. Calming environment with all the added perks! Heated table and towels adds that little extra touch.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
