From the reviews

…I also did the cupping with the massage. She made sure they were comfortable with each placement. I left there feel refreshed. My neck and arms had much better mobility and range of motion. Her prices are also decent. If not, better than other locations. Love helping a small business owner as well ♥️

Amanda was everything I needed today. I was feeling like a puppet, held together by string and wire. She put me back together with goosebump inducing micro pressure adjustments that sent me right into la la land. If you like perfect pressure and relaxing to the point of drooling, book your appointment now.

Amanda was phenomenal! She had such a gentle, yet firm touch. She really worked out my neck/shoulders and my lower back, where I had knots and tension. The environment was calm & relaxing and Amanda was great about checking in on my comfort level or if I needed more pressure. Will be back in the future for sure!

Amanda is the best! I have been going to her for 8 years, no one else compares. She listens to you, is professional, and gives a very relaxing experience. I highly recommend her!!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
