I drove an hour away for Zay to give me the best massage that I've hade. She took her time & worked knits in my traps & shoulders. I have never fallen asleep before & this was the first time. While visiting my parents, I decided to book myself some “Me Time” I am so glad I did! My appointment included a hot stone massage and the hand and foot mask. 90 minutes of peace and relaxation! Ms. Zay was amazing!
I really enjoyed the atmosphere of MeTimeDaySpa! Very welcoming when my husband and I came to get the couples massage and that was our first time receiving a professional massage. The Stella Red wine was delicious and music selection was relaxing with good vibes! Definitely will be coming back for their other services!
The best hidden gem! I love the atmosphere at this spa, so clean and relaxing. I am a post surgical patient and Zay gives the best advice and post op massages. She is very knowledgeable and I trust her instructions. I am so glad to have found this place and will continue to come for any spa needs.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
