I got the 30 min massage and feel like a new person!!! I had some kid free time today and just wanted to find a place that would take a walk in for massage because I'm under a lot of stress and my muscles hurt from weight training lately.

Last night was my second time going to this spa for a couples full body massage and like last time, it was an amazingly relaxing experience. I felt very welcomed and cared for. The building is very clean and beautifully decorated with calming art and paint colors.
This is definitely a hidden gem!! We were able to book a couples massage at the last minute. The customer service was top tier and the owner was so sweet. But let’s talk about the massage!!! The young lady I had was incredible she did not miss a spot.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
