From the reviews
I have had three massages, and I rate them a 5 🌟. The students are so well trained and knowledgeable. They inform you of their techniques as they complete your massage. One student, I will not name, but she is 5-star!!!! I would definitely follow her if she started her own practice.
Best Massage my husband and I have ever had! We had Devonia and Jim. They did a legit deep tissue with cupping. Absolutely incredible. They were extremely knowledgeable about the muscle groups and what we can do at home to alleviate our pain. We will be booking with them monthly!
SO thankful for Healing Hands. The entire staff is genuine, full of compassion and provide an individualized plan for each client at a great price. Lydia does an amazing job providing relief from pain but her speciality is scar care. I had kidney cancer and had my kidney and adrenaline gland removed via “big cut.
Healing Hands Body Therapy is amazing. Lydia had been my massage therapist and has helped with tension release and many knots. My next session will be a lymphatic massage and I can't wait. Prices are reasonably and the staff is courteous. If I could give 10 stars I would.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
