From the reviews

I went to Matt Han four times last year to heal a weightlifting injury and also to manage pain (a hiking fall). He spent time understanding my pain, and during follow ups, asked questions to understand how the body was reacting.

★★★★★ — Hyun, Mar 2026

I had been dealing with shoulder and neck pain, and despite feeling exhausted every day, I still couldn't sleep properly. I tried stretching consistently, but nothing really improved, so I decided to try acupuncture.

★★★★★ — Randy, Nov 2025

I was having persistent back and neck pain, so I went to see Matt for cupping therapy. He was very friendly and professional. After the first session, a significant amount of the pain was gone. After five treatments, I’m basically pain-free. I highly recommend him.

★★★★★ — Pete, Mar 2026

Had such a pleasant cupping therapy experience here with Matt, thank you so much! He was fun to talk to and made sure I was comfortable each time with the pressure of the cups. Great business! ❤️

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
