Why Hill Wellness Center is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “is expatiation of the procedure.......totally put me at ease. I will be back for sure, he even looked up my insurance information to check to see if i would be covered for my next appointment. I did both acupuncture and cupping and found…” source →

From the reviews

I went to Hill Wellness center for my first acupuncture and cupping session. Wan explained the health benefits through each procedure. He was very nice and gentle with both the acupuncture needles and cupping. The office I was in was very calming and clean.

Dr. Won is the best! He’s always calm, professional, and super friendly. Last year, I hurt my right arm playing golf, and after a few months of acupuncture with Dr. Won, it completely healed.

★★★★★ — Linda, Oct 2025

I had great treatment here. Acupuncture and cupping therapy work for me. I came to this place last year because of the wrist pain from using computer. After acupuncture for several months, the condition improved 70-80%. This year my wrist becomes normal as before. Cupping therapy improves blood circulation.

I had a pinched nerve in my neck for almost two years and went to a couple doctors w no luck. One chiropractor said I needed a series of treatments costing over $5000. When I ran across Hill Acupuncture‘s offer on Groupon, I had nothing to lose.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
