Ok, so I came here with class pass to get a 60-min sports massage. After reading the good and bad reviews I was somewhat worried. However, I had a great experience during my visit. Welcoming, kind, and amazing atmosphere. The language barrier with my massage therapist was somewhat of a struggle but not much at all.
My sister and I came today for a 90 minute scalp and massage treatment. This place is so pretty and well decorated. The treatment, facility and therapists were the best. We will definitely be coming back

My 17 year old son, my 85 year old father, and I had deep tissue massages here for Father Day. The experience was outstanding. We each could customize what treatments we wanted and how firm the massage was. They have different size rooms for individuals, but we were able to go in a room for all three of us at one time.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
