My Tuesday in a nutshell: Gym ➡️food ➡️shower ➡️Angel Massage. It was my first time experiencing cupping therapy, and Anna was amazing! She promptly greeted me when I walked in, and was professional, kind, and considerate through the duration of my treatment.
I just walked in and they gave me a deep tissue massage without an appointment . It was calm, clean and peaceful . The ladies were eager to please and made me feel right at home.

I've been seeing Megan for massages for a few years now. I had a massage with Megan again today as my muscles felt very tense and heavy, especially postpartum. The massage was great again! I felt so much lighter and less tense after the massage. Megan is also very welcoming.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
