From the reviews

For our anniversary, I purchased the one hour couples massage. We showed up a half an hour early and they tried their hardest to get us in early. The massage therapists were awesome. While I can't afford the membership prices, I will definitely be going in every couple of months.

Ladies. Do yourself a favor and book Veronica! She’s absolutely amazing. I got my first professional massage the other day (90 minute hot stone massage) and I had no idea what to expect. She asked my problem areas and treated them very well.

This spa is amazing. This is not my first time coming but I have had several exceptional massage therapists Brittany, Jared, and Cody are my favorites. I don't think you can find a better massage in the area. My husband and I love this place. The last time we left he said he found his massage therapist in Christine.

I highly recommend Lorena! She has been taking care of my skin for years and gives the most amazing HydraFacials. My skin always feels clean, hydrated, and glowing after every visit. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her clients. If you’re looking for a great esthetician, Lorena is the one!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
