From the reviews
I’m genuinely shocked by how incredible this place is. I’ve been struggling with tight fascia and chronic pain in my shoulder, neck, and rotator cuffs, and Yarina instantly found every spot and released so much tension. My pain dropped from an 8 to a 2 by the next day, and I even cried from the relief.
My therapist Yaryna was extremely attentive with my body and suggested the massage that tended to my needs properly. This review comes immediately after my service completion and I feel about 50% better than I did when I walked in.
I highly recommend Massage Bliss and Bodywork! The salon was very clean, the receptionist was very polite & helpful, and my masseuse Mariah was wonderful. I received a one hour Structural MyoFASCIAl release from Mariah who did a terrific job. I will be back again!
I've been going to Massage Bliss & Bodywork for almost six months for myofascial releases to help manage my chronic pain, and it's made such a difference in my daily life. Olha is amazing—she's incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about her clients.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
