From the reviews

Wonderful to have such a talented masseuse so close to home here in Mountain Top! I have been seeing Maureen regularly for about 3 years now. Maureen is so flexible with online scheduling, even with my hectic work schedule I never have a problem planning a visit.

I loved everything about my massage experience from the ease of booking the appointment to the reminders to the beautiful space itself. Maureen is extremely knowledgeable and adept at applying just the right amount of pressure in the right places. Very soothing and healing experience.

★★★★★ — Bob, Mar 2025

Maureen is phenomenal. I've been to her twice so far and this time I received her ashiatsu massage. I've had many massages over the years and this by far was one of the best. The deep pressure she was able to give with this type of massage was amazing. Maureen is professional and her facility is clean.

★★★★★ — Heidi, Mar 2024

Getting a massage from Maureen was such a pleasurable experience. Not only is she extremely attentive and kind; but also very knowledgeable. She is passionate about what she does and truly cares for her clients. I drove 2 hrs to get this massage done and it was most definitely worth it!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
