From the reviews
So glad I found this place! They actually came to my school once for a visit, and I’ve been going ever since. Dr. Mike is not only an excellent chiropractor, but also incredibly personable and on time—which I really appreciate. The addition of Stretch Works is a game-changer, too—it makes a big difference.
Today was my first experience with Tyler, the Chiropractor. He was very professional and asked me if different areas of my lower back were painful before he began his session! Zach has always been engaging, also Professional and he took his time with stretching my upper body. Stephanie is always very welcoming!
Had some sciatica issues and felt pretty good after being treated by Dr DeQuevado and being stretched by therapist Zach. Very much appreciated and very professional . See both of you soon.
Pulled my back and they were able to fit me in same day. Dr. Alec got me back to 95% mobility immediately. Love that they use various methods. Looking forward to my follow up appointment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
