From the reviews
From Karen and Taylor at the front desk to Nancy and ma4k and all the therapists. I absolutely recommend them. They were so good with my grandson who is level three autistic. He learned so much from Mark and most definitely Nancy. Thank you for all you do. Dameon loved you all.
I suffered a significant injury and was very fortunate to be referred to H2 Health by my Orthopedic Specialist who HIGHLY recommended Physical Therapist - Joseph Murray. In hindsight, a most valuable recommendation. I can't over state how impressed and thankful I am to Mr. Murray.
My spouse has been receiving physical therapy from Gem Riverside Rehab for the past couple of months. When he went to Gem he could not use his arm due to an injury. With the excellent knowledge and care of Joe Murray, P.T. , John now has much improved use of his arm.
This was my first time I ever had to attend physical therapy(work injury). Both Karen(receptionist) and Joe(physical therapist) were very friendly. Not only did Joe focus on the injury itself, but he also focused on general body strengthening to help prevent any further or new injuries.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
