Mantra Massage and BodywoRx has been a reliable source of pain relief for me no matter who I come to. The therapists there truly know their craft and seek to resolve your pain and offer solutions. For some people they might feel intimidated or uncomfortable by going to a male therapist.

Sterling was phenomenal as always. This LMT is intuitive and instinctively knows how to work out muscles, ligaments, and tendons to max benefit. I had (quite literally) fallen on my face and could not get my migraines to subside despite repeated chiropractor visit which usually do the trick.
My massage with Sterling was amazing. He uses great pressure and great technique. I have chronic neck muscle spasms and shoulder issues and his technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. My experience with Sterling was very therapeutic and will provide lasting results.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
