Definitely one of the best massages I have ever had! My massage was this morning. I didn’t get the therapists name. She was terrific. Very professional and personable. She really worked out the tightness in my hips. The hot stones were amazing.
This is a truly amazing store. The first thing I noticed when I opened the door was the beautiful decor and cleanliness. And believe me cleanliness counts for a lot ! The greeter, the therapist was extremely pleasant, has a super personality combined with a great sense of humor.
This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! I was looking for a massage that was more recovery based and not just a low key relaxing one. All while this was relaxing to me there were also times that Alina really got in to my problem areas and that was just what I needed to help the muscles calm down.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
