In Sept of 2023, I was diagnosed with herniation of a disk that was pushing on the nerve root. After trying PT, various medications and injections, I decided to try chiropractic treatment last month (Jan. of 2024). After having a bad experience in the past at a different practice, I was very reluctant to try it again.
This practice is amazing!! The staff is so friendly and Dr. Patel is just phenomenal. She took the time to educate me while working through my care plan. I truly felt apart of the plan, which isn’t something you get at every practice. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Dr. Lindsay and her staff have been amazing. I started going here over a year ago, pretty crippled and in pain with my neck and back. Now, I just go for maintenance, and it's so nice to be virtually pain free!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
