I recently missed my appointments for the past 2 months due to life issues. I knew from being a patient for over 2 years Nicoles treatment was helping me with a wide variety of issues. But when I finally could make an appointment I now have a whole new appreciation for how much Nicole helps me function so much better.
Nicole and her front desk team are flexible, warm, relaxed, organized and responsive. I’m sorry i’m forgetting the name of the receptionist because she is great and learned my name and remembered details about why i was there and my schedule right away.
Nicole does a great job taking away all my pain. She treats me for anxiety and depression, pains that flare up from my ankle and circulation issues. Recently doing yard work put a strain on my back. After a couple visits, my back pain is gone. I always leave there feeling relaxed, calm and content.
I love this place so much that I regularly drive much further than I would for any other appointment and it's absolutely worth it! Whether you're doing a community or private session, both experiences are great. Nicole and her team make anyone who walks in feel welcome and at ease!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
