From the reviews
I sought out acupuncture because I was experiencing pretty extreme menopause symptoms and wanted to support my overall health, wellness, and hormonal balance. Finding Dr. Isaac has been such a gift. Since starting acupuncture, I’ve noticed a remarkable improvement in my symptoms, and I truly feel better in my body. Dr.
Dr Isaac is both super knowledgeable and incredibly kind and caring. I did a series of six sessions for neck and upper back pain. Dr Isaac is skilled in cupping, massage, and acupuncture and used a combination of these three to reduce my muscle tightness and pain.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Isaac for acupuncture, and he’s been amazing. He’s done such a great job helping me with any issues. He’s always willing to listen and truly cares about finding the best way to help. Acupuncture was something that felt a little intimidating at first, but Dr.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Isaac Haynes for a few months now, and I can honestly say the experience has been life-changing. My overall quality of life has improved tremendously since beginning treatment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
