From the reviews

I received my first ever massage here last year. I was skeptical about whether I'd find it enjoyable or relaxing, but decided to try it after experiencing some muscle soreness. My therapist, Megan, put me at ease right away and helped answer any questions I had.

Went to Melissa for a prenatal massage and had a great experience. Melissa was extremely accommodating throughout the massage, and was very understanding/adaptive throughout as I wasn’t able to stay very long in some positions due to how far along I am.

★★★★★ — Sarah, Nov 2025

I took my 34 week pregnant daughter for a prenatal massage, and myself for a 90 min. massage. We were greated warmly, directed to the calm waiting area and restroom/showers. Our massage therapists were so friendly and knowledgeable. I explained what areas I need worked on, and she did not disappoint.

Go see Jessica Pankow.(full body massage) She was extremely kind and focused on all of my target areas. Honestly I left more relaxed than I have in almost two years. If you are planning a post partum massage or looking to gift your partner one after pregnancy I highly suggest her.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
