From the reviews

Great massage with Christopher very passionate on what he does. I’ve been to many massage places and this will become my new go to place highly recommend Only thing they need to work on is soundproofing the rooms a little bit better as you can hear the outside traffic or people coming in.

I booked a medical massage as a birthday gift for my mom. She had a recent stroke & has been having a lot of residual shoulder, neck & hip pain. Her masseuse Lynn was amazing & my mom said it was the best birthday gift she ever received.

Love this place- owned and operated by local business owners. Friendly staff! Pleasant facility, perfect to feel relaxed and comfortable. Easy access and parking. Efficient and easy online scheduling or calling in person. Great therapists who are well trained and knowledgeable way beyond the chain stores.

I’ve been going to Lynbrook Massage for a few years, and it’s always been stellar. Appointments are easy to book online and over the phone. The rooms are super comfortable. They offer a lot of massage options. My most recent massage was with Nathalie, who was extremely caring and attentive.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
