From the reviews
Had a great visit at House of Health. First time getting chiropractic services. Staff was very helpful. Dr. Brown was very professional and knowledgeable, was highly recommended by my wife-who has been going there often. I am suffering from lumbar pain and neck pain. After the visit I felt relief already.
Dr. Brown is absolutely great! I’ve been very apprehensive about trying chiropractic care but she is wonderful at putting her patients at ease and making the entire experience relaxing AND relieving. She is friendly and knowledgeable and I feel such a difference after our sessions. Highly recommend!
I have been under the care of various chiropractors over the years due to sports injuries, work accidents, car crashes, and general life issues. For about six years, I was very satisfied with my previous chiropractor, but after relocating, it became inconvenient to continue my visits.
Dr. Caitlin Brown is the BEST Chiropractor I have ever had! She is one of a kind and genuinely cares about her patients. I have had positive results since being in her care. Her staff is also very welcoming, kind and friendly. I highly recommend House of Health.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
