From the reviews

I’ve been seeing Dr. Katz over twenty years and I’ve never been disappointed! When I moved a stopped seeing him, I saw other chiropractors and they never got it right. So when I moved again - I went back and things has are much better! Dr. Katz is one of the best you’ll ever find and great guy!!

Not enough stars here for Dr Katz, all time favorite and best doctor I know. From shoulder dislocation to back pain, Dr Katz has fixed me up and rebuilt me like the six million dollar man. Best to ever do it, I can only hope he's passing down the knowledge to the next generation.

★★★★★ — Raul, May 2022

Friendly and attentive, Dr. Katz is simply fantastic. He has taken care of my neck and back pain over the years and without him, I wouldn't be able to resume to working out.

★★★★★ — David, Dec 2021

Dr Katz is an outstanding chiropractor I have been a patient for over 12 years. He’s addressed my medical condition (sciatica) and it has not returned in years.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
