The office was a little hard to find in the complex, but I'm not sure they would be allowed to post better signage. Great ambiance, clean, and is very nice inside. The lighting is dim and calming.
My experience at this place has been nothing short of exceptional all thanks to my massage therapist Aaliyah, she’s the best massage therapist I have ever had!!! I came in 2 weeks post op lipo 360, I had been skipping my massages and I was so swollen and stiff.
I recently had lipo on my stomach and flanks and I am so glad I found this office my experience was great. Sagie walked me through what she was doing and made me feel welcomed the entire time. I noticed a huge difference after my second visit.
I did my first lymphatic drainage massage with Leslie, and she was great! She made me feel comfortable and answered all the questions that I had. I could tell by the end of our session, my bloating and puffiness was much less than it was before. She also gave me some tips that I can use at home as well.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
