From the reviews
Oh my gosh! I went in with pain and came out with no pain! Seriously, the best Recovery Massage I've ever had. I also had cupping done and the results were amazing! I highly recommend Apex Recovery Massage! They truly will get you up and walking pain-free!
I have gotten 3 massages now at Apex Recovery and could not be happier! I’ve seen Stormy two times and Aubrey once. Both of them did an excellent job at listening to my needs and making sure I got the most out of my massages. I've left the massage table feeling like a new person every time.
I had an amazing experience at Apex Massage. Stormy is an incredible therapist—intuitive, attentive, and truly skilled at reading the body. The session felt both deeply therapeutic and grounding, and I left feeling noticeably better than when I walked in.
I had my first massage at Apex Recovery Massage yesterday. I booked a 90 minutes session with Miguel. Before the massage Miguel asked me some questions so he could understand my needs. I have cancer and my body is just exhausted! Miguel has a calm and relaxing demeanor.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
