I had a sports massage with Rachel and it was excellent, she was great, very strong and really worked out the tension thanks ! Loved the stretching! However I didn’t get my full 60 minutes on the table and didn’t get cupping which I thought came with it, but maybe not .
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️… I showed up 15 minutes early for paperwork and was in the room on time. Mrs.Rachel communicated extremely well and offered cupping for my tense muscles. I recommend LUX SPA to everyone with nerve damage or muscle tension. Feeling great already.
My boyfriend booked us the couples massage with the strawberries and champagne. The massage was amazing and our experience was great. They were very friendly and made it a very relaxing experience for us. 10/10 recommend
We went for a couples massage and we absolutely loved it. It was a new experience for us. I got the aromatherapy massage and Jason got the deep tissue massage. I think I dozed off a few times. I smell like sweet mint 😋 the atmosphere is so relaxing right when we walked in I knew this was the one.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
