Had total knee replacement and I had outpatient THERAPY with Boulet PT&Welness The staff are amazing!! Dr.Taylor was informative and very knowledgeable He explained the treatment and all the exercises needed to restore my knee flexibility and strength I highly recommend them for rehab
OUTSTANDING STAFF AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE! I had no idea why my hip and leg were hurting or why. And after 1 visit they knew exactly what to do. Within the 2nd day of going to therapy, the pain was almost to "0". Amazing results in such a short period of time.
I got in a car accident in January. I got hit from behind. I called several PT places to be seen due to pain but I got turned down immediately. I called Boulet PT and spoke to the manager. She was so nice and told me to just come. No questions just come. I was greeted with kindness and compassion from staff.
My experience with Boulet Physical Therapy was very positive, beginning even before my first appointment (Christine was so helpful & informative regarding approval & scheduling). The entire team is so pleasant & knowledgeable, providing a "family" atmosphere.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
