Why Amie Massage & Wellness is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “ines in therapeutic deep tissue, prenatal massage (with a cozy belly bolster, of course!), and post-operative lymphatic drainage. From the reviews
Have had two appointments so far and about to book my third. Blown away with the service and how she can make you feel like a brand new person. Highly recommend
Samantha Winters did an amazing job but she went beyond to take care of your needs she really do care about her clients
I can’t even leave the parking lot without leaving a review! I went to visit Samantha for a prenatal massage at 29 weeks and I am blown away by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt calm and relaxed.
I am no influencer but I had the BEST experience today and I had to share! If anyone is looking for a massage- I can’t recommend Amie Massage & Wellness enough! From the moment you walk in, the space itself sets the tone.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
