“My therapist takes the time to explain every exercise and why it matters, and they always adjust the program based on my progress (or when my shoulder decides to remind me who’s boss).”

From the reviews
Can't recommend highly enough. My first call was answered by a friendly office staff. She spent over 15 minutes on the phone explaining scheduling, checking my insurance, discussing how the therapist work. Have never called any kind of physician and had that kind of personal attention.
I've been a "returning patient" may times here (since the 90s), at their first location nearer the Los Al Hospital and now nearer to the Costco, both on Katella after knee surgeries (left and right) and replacement (left), sciatic pain.
We are incredibly grateful to Anna Mumm for the amazing care and support she provided to my mom during her physical therapy and rehabilitation after hip surgery. From the very first day of evaluation, Anna stood out with her focus, professionalism, and genuine dedication.
I have been very pleased to have physical therapy from Anna at the Los Alamitos Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy. She not only knows how to treat her patients but she treats us with the greatest kindness and consideration. I would give her a 10 if the chart had that many stars.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
