Best massage in Plant City area! This place offers everything from relaxation to cupping. Aaron is amazing at deep tissue and knowledgeable with trigger points. Wendy is very skilled at thai massage, and is also the nicest person you'll ever meet. I've been 4x, and they have exceeded expectations each time.
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this place right now. I popped in at random, have never been here before or heard of it before, but I was driving home from a therapy appointment and have had a kink in my neck for days now from all of the tensions in life lately building up.

I came in with some sore and stiff muscles from work. Decided on 1 hour full body massage. Wendy took her time to ask me where my pain was. Then proceeded to apply just enough pressure and movement to release the tension while making sure that I felt comfortable and relaxed with the massage.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
