Seriously this was the best massage I’ve ever received! Sydnie was extremely personable. I went with the 90 minute deep tissue massage. She asked me if I wanted conversation or quiet. I went with conversation and damn it was fantastic! She could tell where my body needed attention with just a touch.
10/10 experience. Incredibly hospitable, knowledgable and caring. They made every effort to fit me in on a tight schedule and personalised the therapy specifically to my needs. Very rare to find a place that charges sensible prices without a reduction in quality. Couldn't recommend more highly.
Beautiful experience, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The techniques they used really felt incredible. They even offer prenatal massages which feel wonder at 35 weeks pregnant!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
